Bid Deadline: Sealed bids containing the following documents shall be received up to but not
later than 2:00 p.m. of the 25th day of April, 2017: 1) Bid Form; 2) Noncollusion Declaration;
3) Site Visit Certification; 4) Designation of Subcontractors; 5) Cash, Certified or Cashier’s
Check, or Bid Bond; 6) Information Required From Bidders; 7) DVBE Participation Goal
Compliance, 7) Bidder’s Acknowledgement of Project Schedule, 8) Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Certification, and, if applicable, 7) Corporate Resolution authorizing officer to sign
on behalf of and bind the corporation.

Prospective contract Bidders may secure one (1) set of said documents from:

Upon payment of a refundable check of $300.00. made out to: Cuccamonga School District

A non-refundable mailing charge will be charged to any prospective bidder requesting plan sets to be mailed. Bidders in need of more than one set of non-refundable bid documents may purchase additional sets from Eco Reproductions at their own cost. All Bidders intending to pick up Plans at Eco Reprographic Center office are urged to call in advance to verify bid document availability.
